Minnesota Midget Melon Seeds (70 days)
Minnesota Midget was created by the University of Minnesota and later introduced to the seed market by Farmer Seed Co in 1948.
An extremely early melon that is just jam packed with fruits (look at the pic).
Melons are 5-7″ in diameter and weigh a little less than half a pound.
Minnesota Midget has an excellent flavor and very sweet.
Vines are compact at 3′ long and lend themselves to gardeners with limited space, but still want summer melons.
Fruit slips from vine when ripe.
EXCELLENT for those with a short growing season or cool nights!
Resistant to fusarium wilt.
Packet includes approximately 20-25 seeds.
